Danny Clayton
Founder
Danny Clayton, founder of Clayton Outdoors, is a veteran of the action sports and outdoor industries. With over 25 years experience, he has represented iconic brands such as Black Diamond, Oakley, Burton, Spyder, Dakine, and Canada Goose. His agency is based in the Green Mountains of Vermont. He has a wife and two children. His passions are his family, skiing, mountain biking, carpentry and just about anything outdoors.
Steve Clayton
President & Sales Director
Steven Clayton is the sales and marketing director for Clayton Outdoors. He has over 25 years of experience in the outdoor industry. He has represented major outdoor and action brands in his career, managed a surf shop, and started a successful surf camp in NJ. His passions are surfing, skiing, hiking, gardening, and playing outdoors. He lives in Vermont with his wife and child.
Stephannie VanNostrand
Partner & Sales Coordinator
Stephannie VanNostrand is the operations coordinator and office manager for Clayton Outdoors. She has fifteen years experience of merchandising, sales and management with household brands such as April Cornell, Toys R Us, Coldwater Creek and Old Navy. She has been working in the outdoor industry with the Clayton group for the past eleven years. She has a husband and two sons. A Vermont native, Stephannie enjoys spending her time on the mountain, near water, listening to live music and spending quality time with friends and family.
Andee Weaver
Andee Weaver has been a sales associate and veteran of the action sports and outdoor industry for 20 years. She grew up as a top 10 nationally ranked ski racer in VT who attended Burke Mountain Academy, Ski Club Vail, and Bates College. After college she became the Division I head coach for the St Michaels Ski Team for five years and also started her career in the Ski and Snowboard industry as a sales rep along side Danny Clayton. She was a sales rep for Oakley for 13 years and now is back working with Danny for Spyder for the past 5 years. She resides in NH with her husband and two children, where she enjoys spending time with her family and friends doing everything the lakes and mountains have to offer.
Wylie Picotte
Wylie Picotte is a Vermont native who calls the base of Mount Mansfield home. He has been biking and skiing since he could walk. Wylie enjoys managing on site demo events and teaching others about the latest innovations in outdoor gear. When he’s not playing in the mountains, he owns a carpentry business specializing in timber framing and general contracting services.
